FINDINGS

  • POSLUMA revealed proven lesions in the pelvic and extrapelvic lymph nodes

POSLUMA image interpretation showed positive findings in:

  • Left common iliac lymph node
  • Perirectal lymph node

Standard of truth:

  • Histology confirmation of the left common iliac lymph node
  • MRI confirmation of the left common iliac lymph node and perirectal lymph node

CLINICAL HISTORY

Diagnosed with prostate cancer in March 2020 at age 58

  • Gleason score: 4+5
  • TNM stage: T3 N1

Initial treatment of radical prostatectomy in May 2020

  • Patient has no history of hormone therapy

Persistent PSA levels post-prostatectomy (doubling time not available)

  • 0.31 ng/mL (June 2020)
  • 0.26 ng/mL (July 2020)

Patient was eligible for the SPOTLIGHT study and received a POSLUMA PET scan in September 2020.
